AI-native data infrastructure for telecom

One view of every network your business runs on.

CTN reads data from your carriers, devices and invoices, translates it into one standards-based model, and gives your team and your AI a single source of truth across every site.

Read-only Carrier-neutral Your data stays yours

Illustrative example: CTN collects three records about the same internet link from a device, a vendor API and a carrier invoice, resolves them into one canonical entity aligned with TM Forum SID, flags an SLA breach and answers a plain-language question about why the site is offline.

01 / The problem

Your sites run on many networks. None of them talk to each other.

The world's networks are physically connected, but their data is not. Every carrier, vendor and device describes the same network in its own language, even where standards exist. So nobody sees the whole picture.

A portal per carrier

Five providers, five logins, five definitions of "up".

Status, tickets and SLAs live in separate tools that don't agree on what a link, a site or an outage is.

Outages found by staff

You learn a store is offline when the store calls.

Nobody can trace a failure past their own edge, so diagnosis is guesswork and finger-pointing between providers.

Invoices nobody reconciles

You pay for circuits you can't see.

Contracts, invoices and real performance never meet, so SLA credits go unclaimed and unused services keep billing.

And AI, which needs context across systems, stops at every border. Adding a chatbot to each tool doesn't fix it. A shared data layer does.

02 / How it works

Read. Translate. Act.

We connect to the systems you already use, without touching your network, and build one dictionary that gives every link, device and failure the same meaning on any network.

L1

Read

Collect data without touching the network: carrier signals, lightweight on-site collectors, vendor APIs, device telemetry and the invoices and contracts you already receive.

L2

Translate

A canonical model puts every source into one language, built on existing industry standards. Entity resolution matches the same circuit across the carrier, the reseller and your own records.

L3

Act

AI on clean data: diagnose failures end to end, reconcile invoices against contracts, and choose the best carrier for each site. Read-only by default.

Every site, every carrier, every contract. One screen.

Start with the view multi-site companies ask us for first: live status across all your providers, matched to what you're paying for.

01

One status, all providers

Fiber, fixed wireless, LTE and satellite, normalized so "down" means the same thing on every network.

02

Contracts that check themselves

What you're billed, matched against what's provisioned and what's actually performing.

03

Ask your network

Plain-language answers grounded in the canonical model, not guesses stitched across portals.

04 / Use cases

Built for companies with many sites and many providers.

Retail chains, distribution networks, banks, hospitals: anyone paying several carriers to keep dozens or hundreds of locations online.

Multi-carrier visibility

Know which site is down, on which provider, and why, before the site calls you.

  • Unified site and link inventory
  • Cross-carrier outage correlation
  • Failover and backup status

Invoice & contract reconciliation

Reconcile what you're billed against what's provisioned and performing, and claim the credits you're owed.

  • Billed vs. observed circuits
  • SLA breach evidence
  • Contract renewals and terms

End-to-end diagnosis

Trace a failure across device, last mile and carrier, so the right provider gets the right ticket the first time.

  • Root cause across providers
  • Evidence-backed tickets
  • Best carrier per site
05 / Principles

Neutral by design.

We own no network and sell no connectivity. Our only asset is clean, trustworthy data, so we treat yours accordingly.

Read-only by default

We observe and translate. Nothing on your network changes unless you explicitly decide it should.

Carrier-neutral

No exclusivity or priority with any provider. Recommendations follow the data, not commercial ties.

Your data stays yours

Your sites, prices and contracts are never shared with a carrier. You own your data, isolated per customer from day one.

Credentials never travel by chat

Access is set up through secure channels, never over email or messaging apps.

Built on open standards

Aligned with industry models like TM Forum SID and YANG. We connect standards; we don't replace them.

AI-native, not AI-washed

AI works on the same clean model your team sees, so its answers can be traced back to the data.

Finance has ISO 20022. Health has FHIR. Telecom is next.

07 / FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Is CTN an internet provider or carrier?

No. CTN does not provide public telecommunications services and owns no network. We are a software and data company that sits across the providers you already use.

Do you need to change anything on our network?

No. We start read-only: carrier data, vendor APIs, device telemetry and your invoices and contracts. Where useful, a lightweight collector can run on site. Nothing is changed unless you decide it should be.

What do you connect to?

Common enterprise and operator equipment through standard protocols and vendor APIs, carrier portals and reports, satellite and LTE links, and billing documents. If it describes your network, we can usually read it.

How do you get started with a new customer?

We begin with a short survey of your sites and providers, then a diagnostic on your real data, and from there a staged rollout. You see value on your own network before committing further.

Who can see our data?

Only you and the CTN team members who operate your account. Customer data is isolated per tenant, and we never share your sites, prices or contracts with any carrier. See our Privacy Policy.
